Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IronKey Solutions mobile app and website (together, the "Service"), operated by IronKey Solutions ("IronKey," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

IronKey operates a marketplace that connects homeowners ("Users") with independent, third-party service providers ("Providers") offering landscaping, pool service, cleaning, moving, and related home services. IronKey does not itself perform the booked services. Providers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of IronKey.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Bookings & Payments

When you book a service, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout, including any applicable fees and taxes. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. Prices, availability, and service areas may change at any time.

Cancellation windows and any related fees are shown at the time of booking. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional fees or restricted access to the Service.

4. KeyPass Membership

KeyPass is an optional paid subscription that provides benefits such as discounts on bookings and additional Keys. KeyPass is billed on a recurring monthly basis (currently $9.99/month) through the payment method on file or your App Store / Google Play account, and automatically renews until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your device's app store account settings or in-app subscription management; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time except as required by law.

5. Keys Rewards Program

Users earn "Keys" on eligible bookings at the rate shown in the app (currently $1 spent = 0.1 Key). Keys may be redeemed for discounts on future bookings as described in the app. Keys have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, and may expire or be forfeited if your account is closed, inactive for an extended period, or terminated for a violation of these Terms. We may modify or discontinue the Keys program at any time, including the earning rate and redemption options.

6. Provider Relationship & Service Quality

While we take reasonable steps to vet Providers on our platform, IronKey does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services performed by Providers. Any agreement for services is between you and the Provider. If an issue arises with a booking, contact us so we can help facilitate a resolution, but IronKey is not liable for the acts or omissions of any Provider.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security features;
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to transact with a Provider outside the app to avoid fees; or
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Providers, other Users, or IronKey staff.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT A PROVIDER WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ANY GIVEN BOOKING.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRONKEY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES PERFORMED BY A PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO IRONKEY IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IronKey harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, in whole or in part.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which IronKey Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise based on your place of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
